Why I built Growpins
I've spent years building software. I've also spent years watching people with great businesses struggle to be found online, not because their products weren't good, but because the tools that could help them weren't built for the way they operate.
The sellers I was watching weren't all in San Francisco or London. They were also in Lagos. In Accra. In Nairobi. In cities where millions of people run real and thriving businesses and Google had no idea those businesses existed. That gap bothered me.
The problem I couldn't ignore
The tools that existed were built for large Western businesses with dedicated marketing teams and big budgets. They didn't speak the language of a small and medium-sized seller in New York, Lagos or Accra managing 200 products alone. And hiring an SEO agency wasn't an option. The cost was more than most of these sellers earned in a month.
So I built the thing I wished existed.
What Growpins actually is
Growpins is an AI-powered SEO platform for e-commerce sellers. It connects to your store, scans every product, identifies what Google can't read, and generates the fixes. One click to approve.
No SEO expertise required. No agency. No months of waiting to see if something worked.
The insight came from markets that global tools ignored. But the problem is that good products that Google can't find is not limited to any one country. Sellers everywhere are invisible on Google, paying for ads they shouldn't need, and wondering why organic traffic never comes. Growpins is the answer for every seller it applies to, wherever they are.
A bit about me
I'm a software engineer who thinks about people as much as code. How a product feels to use matters as much as whether it works. That perspective shapes everything I build.
Before Growpins, I built products across different industries and markets. The thread across all of it: I'm drawn to problems where the people most affected have the fewest tools built for them. E-commerce SEO for independent sellers is that problem right now.
What I believe
Being found on Google shouldn't require a big budget or a technical team.
The best tools serve the people who need them most, not just those who can afford the alternatives.
Building from a perspective that global tools have ignored is an advantage. That knowledge is baked into everything Growpins does.
